For items that are small enough we will ship via UPS, FEDEX, or US Mail. In some cases we have free shipping or pay 1/2 of the cost. It will vary depending on the items. Our intent is to minimize your costs.
We realize that we can't re-create the shop our customers (and us) loved over the years, so we want to make this as pleasurable an experience for you as we possibly can. We promise to give you the best customer service possible. We will respond quickly to your requests, questions, and orders.
For bigger items, we will work with you to determine the best way to get the piece into your home. It might be us bringing it to you, blanket wrap shipping to your living room, crated ship, meeting you half way, or you coming by to pick it up yourself. Together we will determine what works best for you and your budget.
We have partnered with HomeDirectUSA. They will deliver straight to your door. For premium services, they will unpack and place within your home. We can tell you more when you are about to order.
